Our law firm client is a boutique located in downtown Vancouver is looking to add a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to the team. Hands on training will be provided. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and experience working in a law firm.
Duties/Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing calls
- Greeting clients
- Setting up meetings
- Time Entry
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and other staff
- Ordering supplies
- Keeping office tidy and organized
- Basic Legal Administrative duties
- Other related duties
Qualifications
- A motivated self-starter able to work independently in a multi priority environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- A quick learner
- Effective time management and strong organizational skills
- A positive, team oriented attitude, and excellent customer service skills
