*Reception/Administrative Assistant

Our law firm client is a boutique located in downtown Vancouver is looking to add a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to the team. Hands on training will be provided. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and experience working in a law firm.

 

Duties/Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Greeting clients
  • Setting up meetings
  • Time Entry
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and other staff
  • Ordering supplies
  • Keeping office tidy and organized
  • Basic Legal Administrative duties
  • Other related duties

 

Qualifications

 

  • A motivated self-starter able to work independently in a multi priority environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • A quick learner
  • Effective time management and strong organizational skills
  • A positive, team oriented attitude, and excellent customer service skills
