They are looking for a professional full-time Front Desk Administrator to join their amazing team.

Major Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and other guests
• Receive and route incoming calls
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
• Organize and maintain reception area and boardrooms
• Schedule appointments
• Process electronic payments
• Communicate with building management on maintenance issues
• Other administrative tasks as required


• Professional and presentable
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Minimum 3 years reception experience
• Legal Assistant experience an asset
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle demands and prioritize effectively
• Detail oriented
• Strong technical and computer skills
