Our client is boutique law firm located in Burnaby specializing in Civil Litigation, Class Actions, and Technology Law. They are currently looking to hire a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their increasingly busy practice.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries and day-to-day corporate matters independently
  • Tracking time and disbursements
  • Assist in file/document management
  • Prepare general correspondence
  • Deal directly with clients, experts and referral sources
  • Complete all other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Legal Administrative Assistant graduate
  • 1+ year of law firm experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, excels at self-management, and an ability to work independently
  • Working knowledge of Clio an asset
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe
